Hessen wirbt Lehrer ab

Große Wogen geschlagen hat die Werbeaktion des Bundeslandes Hessen, in dem ich ja auch meine Examensprüfungen in Kürze ablege: Unter dem Motto "Hauptrollen in Hessen zu vergeben" hat das Bundesland zum neuen Schuljahr Lehrer anderer Länder aktiv von ihren Arbeitsplätzen zu besseren Konditionen abgeworben.

    Wahrscheinlich mache ich mich nun unbeliebt. Doch ich kann daran nichts Verkehrtes finden. Wieso soll man Lehrer nicht anwerben oder abwerben? Ist doch ganz normal in der Wirtschaft - wieso nicht auf im öff. Bereich?
